Return and Refund Policy
Every Arboreal Living Space structure is custom-fabricated to your specification. Because of this, our return and refund policy reflects the bespoke nature of our work.
Proforma and Deposits
Procurement begins with a proforma invoice, valid for 30 days from the issue date. Deposits submitted against a proforma are non-refundable once fabrication has commenced.
You may cancel an order in writing within 72 hours of the deposit for a full refund, provided fabrication has not yet started.
Custom Fabrication
As each unit is built to order, completed structures cannot be returned for a refund except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
If a defect is identified within 14 days of delivery, contact us with documentation and we will arrange remediation or replacement at no cost.
Shipping Damage
Inspect your delivery upon arrival and note any damage on the freight receipt. Claims for transit damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
We will coordinate with the freight carrier to repair or replace damaged components.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Wire-transfer refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.
